Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Proto ("the Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Proto to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the Bot.

2. Usage Rules

You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are prohibited from:

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Bot's code (especially within the Economy system) for personal gain.
• Using the Bot to harass, spam, or harm other users.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the Bot's operation.
• Using the Bot to distribute illegal or harmful content.

3. Virtual Economy and Items

Proto includes a virtual economy system involving currency and items.

• No Real World Value: The virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
• No Ownership: You do not own the virtual currency or data associated with your account. It is part of the service provided by the Bot.
• Resets and Adjustments: We reserve the right to reset economy data, adjust balances, or modify item stats at any time for balancing or technical reasons without compensation.

4. Availability and Disclaimer

The Bot is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that the Bot will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
• We are not responsible for any data loss, including the loss of economy progress or configuration settings.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot or any features at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Proto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Bot.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to ban users or servers from using the Bot for violating these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary, with or without prior warning.
